In operation since the Spring of 2005, Bowman Estates of Danville is an affordable assisted lifestyle community that you will be proud to call home.
The community is designed for adults 65 and older of all incomes who need some help to maintain their independence and conveniently located on the west side of Bowman Avenue, just south of Winter Avenue and east of Winter Park.
Private studio and one-bedroom apartments are available, each with its own kitchenette, private bathroom with shower, and emergency response system. Community areas include a spacious dining room, private dining room, exercise room, outdoor patio with gazebo, and areas for activities, crafts and recreation.
Three meals a day plus snacks; housekeeping and laundry services; health monitoring and nursing assessments; and assistance with medications and activities of daily living are among the services included in the surprisingly affordable monthly fee.
Certified nurses assistants are on-duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide the assistance needed by residents. They work under the direction of the community’s licensed nursing staff.
With Bowman Estates being fully certified by the State of Illinois as a Supportive Living Facility, a financial assistance program is available for those who do not have the financial resources to afford the monthly fee.
