Heritage Woods of Aledo

Conveniently located on the east side of Aledo near the intersection of Routes 17 and 94, Heritage Woods of Aledo offers a wonderful alternative to struggling alone at home or to a nursing home for adults 65 and older who need some help to maintain their independence. The two-story affordable assisted lifestyle community houses 66 apartments and serves older adults of all incomes.

Private studio and one-bedroom floor plans are available, with each apartment having its own kitchenette, private bathroom with shower, and emergency response system. Community areas include a spacious dining room, private dining room, exercise room, outdoor patio with gazebo, and areas for activities, crafts and recreation.

Three meals a day plus snacks; housekeeping and laundry services; health monitoring and nursing assessments; and assistance with medications and activities of daily living are among the services included in the surprisingly affordable monthly fee.

Certified nurses assistants are on-duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide the assistance needed by residents. They work under the direction of the community’s licensed nursing staff.

With Heritage Woods of Aledo fully certified by the State of Illinois as a Supportive Living Facility, a financial assistance program is available for those who do not have the financial resources to afford the monthly fee.
