Heritage Woods of Moline
Heritage Woods of Moline is located in the Quad Cities in western Illinois on 53rd and John Deere in Moline. The three-story building houses 99 studio and one-bedroom apartments.
Fully certified through the State of Illinois’ Supportive Living Program, the community is designed for adults 65 and older of all incomes who may need some help to maintain their independence.
Managed by BMA Management, Ltd., the community combines the benefits of residential apartment home living with the availability of personal assistance, support services and opportunities for residents to enjoy the companionship of friends and neighbors and participate in activities and special events.
Certified nurses assistants are on-duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide help with medications, bathing, dressing, grooming and ambulation. Three meals a day, housekeeping and laundry services are included. Services such as health assessments, health monitoring, education and physician communication are also available. Community areas include an activity room, beauty/barber shop, convenience store, dining room, library, patio and television lounge.
Older adults of all incomes, including those who cannot afford private pay assisted living, can qualify for residency.
