The Renaissance Center is an affordable assisted lifestyle community located at Fulton and California on the west side of Chicago.
The community is designed to serve adults 65 years of age who may need some help to maintain their independence. With the community being fully certified through the State of Illinois’ Supportive Living Program, older adults on Medicaid or who may only receive Social Security benefits can qualify for residency.
Managed by BMA Management, Ltd., since January 2008, the community combines the benefits of residential apartment home living with the availability of personal assistance, support services and opportunities for residents to enjoy the companionship of friends and neighbors and participate in activities and special events.
Furnished and unfurnished apartments are available.
Certified nurses assistants are on-duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide help with medications, bathing, dressing, grooming and ambulation. Three meals a day, housekeeping and laundry services are included. Services such as health assessments, health monitoring, education and physician communication are also available.
Community areas include spacious dining rooms, community and activity rooms, lounge areas, library, physician office, outdoor patio and landscaped courtyard.
