Supportive living is a special program developed by the State of Illinois to benefit older adults who may need some help to maintain their independence. The program emphasizes personal choice, dignity, privacy and individuality.

Supportive living communities combine apartment-home living with the availability of personal assistance and other services. The communities provide a wonderful alternative to a nursing home or to struggling alone at home. Older adults of all incomes, including those on Medicaid or who only receive Social Security benefits, can qualify for residency.
We are leaders in the development and operation of supportive living communities in the State of Illinois.
At our communities, residents live in private apartments that feature a kitchenette, spacious bathroom, and emergency call system. Certified nurses assistants are on-duty 24-hours a day, seven days a week to provide personal assistance with medications and with such activities of daily living as bathing, grooming, dressing and getting to and from the dining room and activities. Meals, housekeeping and laundry and are included.
