Miss Minton is a certified Tax Credit Compliance Professional responsible for all tax credit compliance, asset management and training within our tax credit funded facilities across the state. She holds C4P and NCP certifications. For the past 3 1/2 years she has brought an eclectic background of organizational, administration, analytical and interpersonal experience in organizational management and analytic application to providing proficient oversight of our tax credit projects.

Prior to joining BMA Management, Miss Minton was involved for 5 years in master planning and marketing analysis for an international company based in Southern California. Miss Minton has also had several years experience in the management of medical office practices in California and working with the elderly and dementia patients.

Miss Minton graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Biola University in La Mirada, California in 1982 and completed a Master of Arts in Psychology from Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, California in 1991. She has also completed course work in Neuropsychology and Geriatrics at California State University in Fullerton and trained at the Neuropsychological Institute at UCLA in cognitive testing of dementia and memory impaired patients. Also, Sgt. Minton served in the U.S. Army as a Counterintelligence Agent based at Ft. Hood, TX, and was an instructor at the U.S. Army Intelligence Center and School in Ft. Huachuca, AZ.
