Since our founding more than 15 years ago, our business has changed a lot, and the changes have been for the better.
We now manage 3,675 assisted living, senior living and memory care apartments and villa homes.
We have grown to become the 14th largest assisted living operator in the nation and are the largest in Illinois.
We have developed and operate communities in urban, suburban, mid-size cities and rural areas.
We have developed a business model that brings Value and Vitality to our business partners to whom we provide development, management and consulting services and to the residents we serve in each of the communities we operate.
We have evolved and grown to the point that we’ve decided to change our name to better reflect the future direction of the company.
We are excited to announce that we are transitioning from “BMA Management, Ltd.,” to “Gardant Management Solutions.”
“Gardant” is reflective of our optimistic, forward-looking, forward-thinking focus on service-enriched housing and the growth potential we see in the industry. “Management Solutions” reflects the value and vitality we create for our clients and our residents.
While some things such as our name and logo are changing, I want to assure you that many are not.
Our focus of Residents First, will not change.
Our commitment to providing a dignified, enriched environment and lifestyle for residents will never change.
Our focus on operating communities that deliver industry-leading business results will never change.
Our dedication and passion for service-enriched housing and the way we relate to our business partners, residents and their family members, staff and vendors will never change.
