Summary :
The Administrator is responsible for the overall operations of the community. This includes the management of staff and provision of quality resident care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
The certified nursing assistant performs various resident care activities and related non-professional services necessary in caring for the personal needs, hygiene and comfort of the residents.
The dietary aide is responsible in preparing and serving the food to the residents of the community and maintaining a work area that is clean and neat.
The Housekeeper performs cleaning task to ensure that all areas of the facility are neat, clean and in a sanitary condition. The Housekeeper should be familiar with the concept of assisted living and relate well with residents and staff of the facility.
