Founded in 1999 to manage senior living communities, BMA Management, Ltd. was recently recognized as one of the 30 largest assisted living providers by Assisted Living Executive, a magazine published by the Assisted Living Federation of America.
We especially are a leader in the management of affordable assisted living communities. We currently are responsible for the management of 21 supportive living communities, housing nearly 1,850 apartments. With communities located from the Chicago area to Carbondale, we are the only company in Illinois to manage communities in urban, suburban and rural areas. The communities range in size from 52 to 148 apartments and operate under the regulations of the Illinois Supportive Living Program. Nearly two-thirds of the residents are supported by a Medicaid waiver program.
