Blair Minton & Associates, Inc., was founded in 1990 and specializes in the development of older adult housing and services. In 1999, BMA Management, Ltd., was formed to manage assisted living and supportive living projects in Illinois. Currently, we manage more than 1,100 supportive living, assisted living and memory care apartments. Nearly 300 additional apartments of congregate living, assisted living, supportive living and memory care are under construction. Our products are tailored to each specific partner, location and budget.

Our projects are joint ventures with hospitals, non-profit groups and companies with multi-family construction and management experience-all with the vision of providing quality housing and/or services to older adults.

Senior Housing

We have been successful in development and management in urban, suburban, and rural areas of Illinois. You will find our beautifully appointed, well-maintained, and competently staffed assisted lifestyle communities across the state from Chicago to Carbondale.

Most of the residential projects are Supportive Living Facilities certified through the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services. The facilities range in size from 28 to 103 apartments. Our firm also is involved with senior living communities that feature homes and apartments for older adults, assisted living apartments and memory care.

We strongly believe that assisted living projects are a perfect way to provide dignified care to all segments of the population, especially older adults who require some assistance but not total nursing care.

BMA Management, Ltd. provides private investors with an opportunity to invest more soundly by spreading risk among several projects. Projections for returns are excellent.
