The Heritage Woods community combines residential apartment home living with the availability of personal assistance, support services and opportunities for residents to enjoy the companionship of friends and neighbors and to participate in social events and programs.

Each of the 148 apartments features a kitchenette, spacious bathroom with shower and emergency response system.  Studio and one-bedroom as well as a limited number of two-bedroom floor plans are available.

Our community is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week by a loving, competent staff of certified nurses assistants, who work under the direction of the community’s licensed nursing staff. Residents receive the personalized assistance they need to compliment their individual abilities.  Also included in the monthly fee are three meals a day plus snacks, housekeeping and laundry services, and most utilities. The community’s Activity Department plans a diverse calendar of activities that include conversations with the Mayor of Batavia, poetry readings, family picnics, and trips to the local theatre.
