Affordable Assisted Living Focus of Sept. 20 Radio "House Calls" Date Posted : 10/02/2009 Affordable assisted living was the focus of the "House Calls" radio program that aired on Sunday, Sept. 20, on WIND-560 AM.Rod Burkett, President of BMA Management, Ltd., the company that manages Heritage Woods of Chicago, was one of the featured guests on the program. Rod also serves as President of the Affordable Assisted Living Coalition.Rod and Wayne Smallwood, Executive Director of the Affordable Assisted Living Coalition, discussed Illinois' innovative Supportive Living Program as a model for affordable assisted living with host Dr. David Fisher.
