Wii Bowling Team Moves Into Sweet Sixteen Date Posted : 04/19/2012 The Aches and Pins bowling team has moved into the Sweet Sixteen in the statewide 2012 Supportive Living Wii Bowling Tournament being hosted by the Affordable Assisted Living Coalition (AALC).The Aches and Pins qualified by finishing in third place in the Purple Division in the first round of the playoffs.Team members are Heritage Woods of DeKalb residents Lois Arney, Marilyn Heiman, Nancee Jones and Anna Lane, with Joe Nation serving as the alternate.Marilyn Heiman was one of four bowlers in the tournament who tossed a 300 Game in the first round of the playoffs. The teams that win each of the four divisions in the playoffs will compete in the Illinois Supportive Living Wii Bowling Final Four in Springfield, Illinois, on April 30 and May 1.The Aches and Pins was one of the 17 teams from affordable assisted living communities managed by BMA Management to qualify for the playoffs.The AALC is a professional organization that represents affordable assisted living communities throughout the State that operate through the Illinois Supportive Living program.
