Short-Term Stay Program Benefits Caregivers

The Short-Term Stay program at the Heritage Woods of Huntley assisted living community can benefit those caring for an older adult.

“The program is designed to provide caregivers with the opportunity to take a much needed rest from their responsibilities, to go on vacation, or to attend an out-of-town function,” says Susan Schaefer, Administrator. “You will have the comfort of knowing that your loved one is receiving the personal assistance that is needed.”

Residents stay in a furnished private apartment, with three meals a day, housekeeping and laundry included. They also have the opportunity to socialize with other residents of the community and to participate in social programs and activities.
