Pig Roast Provides Plenty of Food and Fun

Rain and temperatures dropping into the mid-fifties did nothing to dampen the spirits of the hundreds of residents and guests who enjoyed the Aug. 27 Pig Roast at the Heritage Woods of Huntley assisted living community.

"Nearly 350 pounds of meat plus plenty of potato salad, coleslaw, baked beans, fruit and chocolate chip cookies were served," says Seonagh Cox, Director of Marketing and Sales.

Lollipop the Clown and Caricature Artist David Levi helped provide entertainment.

Adding to the excitement was a crew from FM radio station Y 103.9.
