Mr. Durham brings 25 years of construction experience to Blair Minton and Associates. He has owned his own custom home building and design company and has extensive experience in construction management of residential and commercial building projects. He has served as a project supervisor and project manager for several construction companies since 1981. Since the Start of his employment with BMA Management, Ltd. in 2000 Mr. Durham has consulted and or supervised the construction of over 20 assisted living facilities now in operation in Illinois, Florida and Minnesota.
Mr. Durham is a 32nd degree Mason and a member of the Mohammed Temple of Peoria and the Wenona
Masonic Lodge 344. He also served five years as a firefighter and two years as training officer for the Wenona Volunteer Fire Department.
Mr. Durham has specialty training from OSHA and HILTI in Hazmat/MSDS, Firestop Systems, Safety, Scaffolding
Use & Erection and AGCA construction management courses including Jobsite Safety, Productivity & Improvement, and Planning & Scheduling. |
