All of our senior living and assisted living apartments as well as the apartments in our two specialized Memory Care neighborhoods for those with Alzheimer's disease or related dementia are available on a rental basis – there is no Entrance or Endowment Fee required.

Assisted Living Apartments

The Assisted Living Apartments at the Lighthouse at Silvis are a perfect alternative to a nursing home or to struggling alone at home for older adults who may need some help to maintain their independence but do not require licensed skilled nursing care.

The apartments are fully licensed by the Illinois Department of Public Health. Studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom floor plans are available, with each floor plan featuring a kitchenette and spacious bathroom.

Three meals a day and weekly housekeeping and laundry services are included in the monthly fee.

Our staff of certified nurses assistants and personal care attendants are on-duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide residents with the assistance they need. They work under the direction of the community’s full-time registered nurse and can provide help with medications, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene and with getting to and from dining and activities. They can handle medication set-up, remind residents to take their medications as prescribed, and administer medications, if needed.

Our Resident Services Coordinator plans a diverse calendar of daily social, recreational and educational activities.
