Residents have started to move into the Villa Homes that are being developed at Heritage Woods of Centralia for low income adults who are 55 and older. One-bedroom and two-bedroom floor plans are available.
The community also has opened 16 rental apartments where older adults can benefit from services such as the main meal each day, maintenance and housekeeping.
Residents of both the villas and the apartments enjoy priority access to one of the affordable assisted lifestyle apartments located on the campus, should the need arise.
