Prairie Living will join with Supportive Living communities throughout Illinois in the celebration of Supportive Living Week 2012 from April 23 through 27.

The theme of the week is "Taking the Mystery Out of Supportive Living."

The focus is on how the Illinois Supportive Living program is the obvious solution for seniors and adults with physical disabilities seeking an affordable residential style of living with the availability of personal assistance and support services.

Join us for any or all of the following activities:

Balloon Launch
10 a.m. on Monday, April 23

BBQ Lunch
11 a.m. on Tuesday, April 24

Take the Mystery Out of Supportive Living Open House
Food, entertainment, information and tours
5:30 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, April 25

Carnival Games
1 to 3 p.m. on Thursday, April 26

Wii Bowling and Pool Tournament
3 p.m. on Thursday, April 26

Prairie Living is one of the more than 130 Supportive Living communities in operation in more than 70 Counties in Illinois.

The community serves adults 65 and older of all incomes, including those on Medicaid.
