Wii Bowling Team Moves Into Sweet Sixteen Date Posted : 04/19/2012 The Prairie Pins bowling team has moved into the Sweet Sixteen in the statewide 2012 Supportive Living Wii Bowling Tournament being hosted by the Affordable Assisted Living Coalition (AALA).The Prairie Pins qualified by finishing in second place in the Green Division in the first round of the playoffs.Team members are Prairie Living residents Maurine Bovee, Aaron Freeman, Louise Lecocq, Betty Mahan, Gladys Nasif and P.J. Weihl.The teams that win each of the four divisions in the playoffs will compete in the Illinois Supportive Living Wii Bowling Final Four in Springfield, Illinois, on April 30 and May 1.The Prairie Pins was one of the 17 teams from affordable assisted living communities managed by BMA Management to qualify for the playoffs.The AALC is a professional organization that represents affordable assisted living communities throughout the State that operate through the Illinois Supportive Living program.
